High rigidity casting structure

VTC series castings are made of box cast iron structure integrated molding, after heat treatment to release internal stress, design thick reinforcement, low center of gravity, good shock absorption, important joint surface are special scraping treatment, to ensure that in heavy cutting can still adhere to the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.

High rigidity ram structure

The ram is forged steel structure, the surface is quenched, the cutter clamp is tensioned by T-key, the lower end is positioned by tooth disk, and the track joint surface is scraped, with high positioning accuracy. At the same time, the cross section of the ram body is increased by 44% compared with the previous generation.

High rigid hard rail structure

The two axes adopt high rigidity hard rail structure, the track surface is professionally treated, and attached with low friction coefficient wear plate, strong rigidity, good accuracy retention, with excellent cutting ability, more suitable for heavy duty cutting.

High rigid host structure

The main structure is mainly designed for the high rigidity and heavy load processing requirements.
