The DTC500 vertical drilling and tapping center integrates finite element analysis and forward design to optimize the machine body structure. It adopts a low-center-of-gravity and large-span bed and a herringbone column, featuring strong seismic resistance. The spindle box has a thermally symmetric design to counteract thermal deformation. Temperature self-compensation is standard, with the accuracy within 0.015. It is suitable for complex processing of 3C products, automotive parts, etc.

1. The bed with six ground feet, low center of gravity and large span improves the anti-vibrati on performance of the machine tool in an all-round way.

2. The bottom is more stable, and the inner rib has stronger torsion resistance and more stable processing.

3. The left and right thermally symmetrical design adopts the structure of ribs on both sides and inner cross reinforcement to offset thermal deformation and improve the machining stability of the machine tool.

4. This function ensures that the actual machining accuracy of drilling and tapping products can be stably controlled within 0.015mm during the machining process.

5. The three axes form a labyrinth structure through baffles and guards, which can effectively prevent the entry of machining debris and cutting fluid, and effectively improve the service life of the machine tool.

6. This function can effectively solve the problem of tool drop or sudden deterioration of machining accuracy caused by unclean tool holder.
